Today I did my lower body workout with no squats. Lots of stretching and yoga poses in between exercises as well.
Quick 1/2 mile run on incline
Leg press (did a pyramid for this one)
Seated leg curl
Deadlift with glute squeezes
Ended things off with some yoga poses and stretches.
I completed 12-20 reps and 4 rounds of each exercise. Using a moderate size weights.
This workout is perfect for those who suck at squats. If you have bad knees and that’s the reason for not doing squats, you may want to also skip out on the leg press as well.
