Quick 20 min- Workout

Hey ladies!

Here is a quick 20 minute workout I shared with some ladies in my Facebook group. It’s perfect for those busy moms on the go with very little time!

Goal: Total Body Workout. Perfect for beginners.

Equipment: Fitness Mat or Towel

Like with any exercise program please consult your doctor before starting.

Ok, let’s get into it!….

Complete each exercise for 1 minute. Complete 4 rounds for a total of 20 mins. Remember to push yourself. It will get easier each time, I promise 😉

  • Knee Ups
  • Crunches
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Plank
  • Bicycle Crunches
